PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Summary: The Project Superintendent is the on-site field leader responsible for directing daily construction operations and supervising project crews. This role ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and to LaBar Golf’s premium quality standards, while managing labor, equipment, sequencing, and logistics to maintain a productive job site.
Superintendents work closely with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, and reporting, while serving as the daily authority on construction means and methods in the field. They report directly to the General Superintendent for field operations and safety oversight, with a dotted-line relationship to the Project Manager assigned to the project.
Unlike Project Managers and General Superintendents, who oversee multiple projects, the Project Superintendent is dedicated full-time to a single project and provides continuous on-site leadership from mobilization through completion.
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
Location: PBernardsville, NJ + 35% Travel
Reports to: Project Manager

Summary: The Associate Project Manager supports the successful planning, coordination, financial tracking, procurement, and execution of golf course construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with Project Managers, field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for assisting with project documentation, cost tracking, procurement coordination, billing support, scheduling, and day-to-day operational alignment between the office and field teams. This position is designed for individuals who are building their construction management and business operations experience while developing the leadership, communication, and decision-making skills necessary for future advancement into a Project Manager role.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Summary: The Project Coordinator provides critical administrative and project support to the Estimating and Project Management teams throughout all phases of golf course construction projects. This role is responsible for helping maintain accurate project documentation, supporting procurement and billing processes, tracking project information, and ensuring communication and workflow coordination between office and field teams.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects organized, compliant, and moving forward by managing logs, documentation, schedules, procurement tracking, and project support functions. This position works closely with Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, General Superintendents, Superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, accounting, and other internal departments to support efficient project execution from project startup through closeout.

ESTIMATING ASSOCIATE
Location: Bernardsville, NJ + 10-20% Travel
Reports to: Director of Estimating

Summary: Summary: The Estimating Associate supports the preparation of accurate, organized, and competitive estimates for golf course construction and renovation projects. This role works closely with the Director of Estimating and cross-functional teams to assist with quantity takeoffs, drawing and specification review, vendor and subcontractor pricing, estimate organization, and bid documentation throughout the estimating process.
The Estimating Associate plays a key role in maintaining estimate accuracy, tracking project information, identifying scope requirements, and supporting the overall bid strategy from initial project setup through estimate turnover to operations. This position collaborates with estimating, project management, field operations, irrigation, survey, purchasing, vendors, and subcontractors to help ensure estimates are complete, well documented, and aligned with project requirements and company standards.
